Artist Statement
As a composer, producer, and engineer, I have always strived to bring out the absolute best in the musicians I work with, harnessing potential that they never knew they had before. I consider my work a form of radical resistance against our modern culture of division and separation, as I bring together musicians in a new common practice of soundmaking.
Bio
Will Moore was born August 13, 2001 in Pineville, North Carolina. His primary means of escaping the Southern United States was enrolling at the Berklee College of Music, where he majored in film scoring and subsequently decided he never ever wanted to work in film. Will then found his calling in the practice of composition at the Longy School of Music, where he studied under Pablo Chin and debuted over a dozen works for a variety of ensembles. Outside of art music, Will is a creator of ambient music, and he also plays with his band, Natural Persons.
